A company that goes above and beyond June 8, 2009

I had one of the first units ever made by Sniper Tuning and today I called them for help with a problem loading a tune.  They walked me through several items and at the end of our conversation Patrick asked about the unit I had and then proceeded to offer a new unit with current software at no cost.  I didnt ask for this but offered my Patrick.  Wowthats customer service.
